Mail in Forms

IF YOU STILL PREFER PAPER, YOU CAN MAIL YOUR FORMS – We do still accept registration applications through the US Mail. We prefer online registrations but we do understand that some people still prefer paper applications. To avoid any regrets please don’t wait to send in your registration application.
If you are using a paper application, you will need to complete ONE REGISTRATION APPLICATION PER CAR and pay the registration fee.

- Do I need a Helmet? Yes. All groups will need a helmet this year because the GB group will be at 60 mph. Read more about Helmets
- Are door numbers required? Yes. All cars participating on in the track sessions are required to have a minimum of 8″ letters on both sides of the car.
- How many paper forms do I need?
- None if you register online
- One signed registration application per car.
- One signed liability waiver form for each driver and passenger
- Applications and waivers should be mailed together to start the process.
- Can multiple people drive the same car? Yes. Multiple drivers can share a vehicle in different events. You only need to pay the event fees.
- Do different paper applications have to be mailed separately? No. Multiple applications / forms per mailing envelope is fine.
- Do you need separate checks? No. One check per mailing envelope, even with multiple registrations is fine.
- How many self-tech forms do I need? One signed self-tech form per car; completed at the event and turned in at Registration Check-in.
